Welcome
Thank you for considering Journey Coaching. These Terms of Service describe how we work together and what you can expect when engaging our coaching services.
Discovery Conversations
Every coaching relationship begins with a complimentary Discovery Conversation. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether coaching is the right fit. There is no obligation to continue with coaching after the Discovery Conversation.
Coaching Partnerships
If we decide to move forward together, we'll recommend the coaching partnership that best fits your goals and circumstances. Partnership details, including pricing, scheduling, and expectations, will be discussed before coaching begins. Partnership fees and payment schedules will be clearly communicated before any coaching services begin.
Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to help you gain clarity, explore possibilities, and take meaningful action. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical care.
Scheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled when needed. If possible, please provide advance notice so your appointment time can be made available to others.
Payment
Discovery Conversations are complimentary. Fees for coaching partnerships are communicated before coaching begins and are payable through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm.
Session Notes & Recordings
With your permission, coaching sessions may be recorded and transcribed to assist with confidential coaching notes and follow-up. Participation in recording is entirely optional, and alternative note-taking methods are available upon request.
Technology
Online coaching sessions are typically conducted using Google Meet unless another arrangement has been made.
Changes
Journey Coaching may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website
